What to include

So a problem can be found quickly: the app version (Settings ▸ About), your device and system version, what you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. If a particular document misbehaves and you can share it, attach it — otherwise describe how it was made (scanned, exported from Word, downloaded).

What Pro is and how to subscribe

VARAK PDF Pro unlocks the professional tools. It is sold as an auto-renewable subscription through the App Store: Monthly US$1.99 or Yearly US$14.99, with a 3-day free trial on Yearly for eligible new subscribers. Editing text and many core tools remain free. Subscribe from the Pro sheet in the app; Apple handles payment. The one-time / lifetime purchase is discontinued. If you already bought Pro once, nothing changes for you — tap Restore Purchases.

How to cancel

Open Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ Subscriptions on iPhone or iPad, or Account ▸ Subscriptions in the Mac App Store. Select VARAK PDF Pro and cancel at least 24 hours before the period (or free trial) ends to avoid the next charge. Pro stays available until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restoring a purchase

On a new device, open the app and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that subscribed or that bought the legacy one-time Pro unlock. Restore recovers both an active subscription and a grandfathered lifetime purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.

Where your files are

Documents are saved where you put them — in Files, iCloud Drive or a folder you chose. The app also keeps recovery copies of unsaved edits, so an interrupted session can be recovered.

Reporting something that looks wrong in a document

Keep the original. Send the original and the result, and say which page and which words are affected. A document that renders correctly elsewhere but not in VARAK is the most useful kind of report.
