Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the VARAK PDF application. By using the app you accept them.

Licence

VARAK PDF is licensed to you, not sold. Your purchase through the App Store grants a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms.

Your documents are yours

We claim no rights over any document you open, create or edit. The app processes your files on your device; we never receive them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, to remove protection from material you have no right to modify, or to misrepresent a document as signed or approved by someone who did not do so. The redaction and signature features are tools; how you use them is your responsibility.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. Verify any document that matters before you rely on it, and keep your own copy of originals. We do not warrant that the app is free of defects or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Subscriptions

VARAK PDF Pro is an auto-renewable App Store subscription that unlocks the professional tools on iPhone, iPad and Mac signed in to the same Apple Account. Two plans are offered: Monthly at US$1.99 per month (product identifier com.varak.pdf.pro.sub.monthly) and Yearly at US$14.99 per year (com.varak.pdf.pro.yearly). Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day free introductory trial on the Yearly plan; the first payment is charged when the trial ends unless the subscription is cancelled before then. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings ▸ Apple Account ▸ Subscriptions). Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices shown are United States list prices; the App Store displays your local price, which may vary by country or region. The former one-time / lifetime Pro purchase (com.varak.pdf.pro) is discontinued and no longer for sale. If you already purchased that unlock, it remains yours and continues to unlock Pro — use Restore Purchases on a new device. The former $0 trial product (com.varak.pdf.trial3day) is also removed from sale and does not grant ongoing Pro access.

Refunds

Purchases are made through the App Store and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
